Change your mind? No problems! We are happy to exchange/refund unworn shoes within 7 days of customer delivery date with original tags and packaging. Shoes must be unworn and in the same condition you received them to be eligible for a Refund/exchange. If you meet these guidelines, please send an email to email@example.com to schedule a return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
We check all our shoes carefully before sending them out to our customers. However if any faults are noted on the shoes, these must be reported within 3 days of item receipt to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Please note, with leather being a natural product it is not perfect and may have some blemishes, scratches and uneven tone - these are not classed as a 'Fault'.
